Each of them engender self-awareness, empathy, resilience, and attunement to your relationships with the world around you. Together, they have the power to completely transform your way in the world and deeply embrace who you are at your core.
Our external becomes internal, becomes external – reinforcing each other and building more barriers until we find ourselves feeling completely isolated or alone in a crowd. This is not abnormal. In fact, it is a part of a healthy lifecycle.
You may feel hopeless. You may feel alone. you may feel ashamed of who you are or afraid to show it for fear of losing the life style you live. You may feel buried under the weight of it all or intimidated by the threat to your way of being. But this is a necessary part of the arc of your hero(ine)'s journey. Through separation we come to meet ourselves. Through reunion we find a renewed sense of purpose. If you are feeling stuck in your chrysalis, you may just need help with the tiniest crack to emerge.
All of this is a necessary struggle in the effort to be you. It's what you're here for. This is your human experience. Change is the natural law of the universe - and so you will change. This is your reminder.
