Coaching cycles are offered to accommodate both individuals and couples, consisting of three sessions per cycle. These cycles provide a structured, yet flexible approach to personal growth and development, and serve several purposes:
1. Cycles afford you the opportunity to get a taste of what some of the deep dive programs have to offer. You can explore a handful of the necessary tools with the guidance and insight necessary to facilitate the foundations of transformation within a concise and focused framework.
2. Cycles serve as an intermediate step for us to establish a relationship as coach and client before committing to a deep dive coaching program together, and to get a head start on preparations for your upcoming program.
3. Cycles function as opportunities to extend your completed program for ongoing support and integration. It is fairly common for clients to book follow-up cycles when they discover greater layers of actualization available to them. At this point, they're strangers in a strange land of their own transformation, so opportunities to reflect and re-orient can be instrumental to their newfound success.

The Path of Change deep dive coaching program is designed to help you create lasting change in your life using the principles of the I Ching and Positive Intelligence. Each day of the 64-day program will focus on a different hexagram from the I Ching, a 3,000 year-old ancient Chinese text of divination.
The Path of Wisdom deep dive coaching program is a spiritual journey through the 81 poems of the Dao De Jing, a 2,500 year-old ancient Chinese text of universal wisdom.
